									<p>「輸了的話 我請大家吃雞排！」</p><p>#雞排 就像賭注界的指定獎品 人人都愛😋</p><p>但這片金黃美味雞排 其實是高油、高鈉、高熱量的三重 bomb 💣</p><p>吃多了不只會胖 還會真的「輸掉健康」…</p><p>今天就帶大家看看這塊外酥內嫩的美食到底藏了哪些風險👇</p><p>🔍#雞排5大危害</p><p>⚠️血管硬化</p><p>蛋白質在高溫油炸過程中 營養素會被破壞　還會形成「醣化蛋白質」</p><p>這種物質會損害血管彈性 導致血管硬化</p><p>不僅增加高血壓、中風風險　還可能引發冠心病等嚴重疾病</p><p>⚠️提高致癌風險</p><p>油炸時的高溫容易產生「多環芳香烴 PAHs」等致癌物</p><p>尤其是高脂肪＋高溫環境更容易產生氧化物</p><p>若經常攝取油炸食品</p><p>腸胃癌、肝癌等風險都會悄悄上升</p><p>⚠️易囤積脂肪、增加肥胖風險</p><p>炸雞外層的麵粉或麵包粉在高溫油炸後吸收大量油脂</p><p>熱量比原材料高出 2-5 倍‼️</p><p>容易導致脂肪堆積 引發肥胖及代謝性疾病</p><p>建議可以使用氣炸鍋或烘烤方式 減少油脂攝取</p><p>⚠️加重腎臟負擔</p><p>雞排在醃製階段就會加入鹽分</p><p>炸完再灑胡椒粉或其他調味料</p><p>整片雞排的鈉含量常常直接爆表</p><p>腎臟必須拼命工作才能排掉多餘的鈉</p><p>長期下來容易造成腎臟壓力 甚至提高腎病風險⚡️</p><p>⚠️增加中風、心血管疾病風險</p><p>高油＋高鈉的組合</p><p>會讓血脂升高、血管收縮、血壓飆升</p><p>心臟負擔變大 中風、心肌梗塞的風險也跟著提高</p><p>🔍這樣吃更健康</p><p>✅去皮再吃</p><p>把麵衣和雞皮去掉 可大幅降低吸油量與熱量</p><p>尤其麵衣是最容易吸油的部分😵‍💫</p><p>✅不加九層塔</p><p>九層塔非常會吸油</p><p>搭配著吃 會攝取太多油脂</p><p>✅不額外加調味料</p><p>雞排本身已經調味過　再加醬或調味料 會讓鈉含量爆表　以原味為主比較保險</p><p>✅搭配無糖飲料</p><p>已經吃炸物了 就別再喝含糖飲料～</p><p>選無糖茶或無糖氣泡水</p><p>比較能減少身體負擔 也比較不膩🙆🏻</p><p>👩🏻‍⚕️營養師小提醒</p><p>炸物吃的頻率、份量、搭配方式都很關鍵</p><p>如果已經吃了高油、高鈉的雞排　當天其他餐記得多補蔬菜、水分、原型食物</p><p>也盡量避免再吃鹹酥雞、薯條等二次重炸的食品　讓身體至少有喘息的空間</p><p>雞排真的好吃 是慰藉、是獎勵、是打賭文化的一部分　懂得聰明挑、替代吃法、降低負擔　偶爾享受沒關係💛</p><p>.</p><p>.</p><p>#懶人包 #營養師 #營養師高敏敏 #高敏敏營養師 #高敏敏 #營養懶人包 #營養師懶人包 #國民美食 #雞排 #雞排熱量 #雞排賭注 #炸物 #高油高鈉 #高熱量</p>								</div>

<p>蛋白質是身體細胞、肌肉、器官的構成原料</p>
<p>不只關係到胎兒的發育 也影響媽媽的產後修復與體力儲備</p>
<p>研究指出 若孕期蛋白質攝取不足</p>
<p>可能導致胎兒成長受限、小於孕齡寶或低出生體重的風險提高</p>
<p>因此「適量且高品質的蛋白質攝取」在孕期是非常關鍵的</p>
<p>🍽 孕期營養 補充蛋白質這樣吃</p>
<p>孕媽咪每日建議攝取約60～75g蛋白質</p>
<p>以下是每100克食材中的蛋白質含量：</p>
<p>&#8211; 蛋：12.6g</p>
<p>&#8211; 牛小排：15.1g</p>
<p>&#8211; 鮮奶：3g</p>
<p>&#8211; 豆腐：8.5g</p>
<p>&#8211; 鮭魚：22g</p>
<p>建議動物性與植物性蛋白質一起攝取</p>
<p>像是早餐來份豆漿搭蛋、午餐魚肉加豆腐 都是很棒的選擇💖</p>
<p>🍽 搭配其他營養素 更加分</p>
<p>素食孕媽咪特別要注意蛋白質與維生素B12的補充⚠️</p>
<p>B12能幫助紅血球生成、維持神經功能正常　可從海帶、海苔、紫菜、紅毛苔或營養酵母中攝取✨</p>
<p>若為全素飲食 建議可與營養師討論適合的補充方式</p>

									<p>懷孕這段時間 是寶寶各個器官快速發育的關鍵時期👶</p><p>其中「葉酸」就像是寶寶神經系統的建築師🧠✨</p><p>它能幫助DNA合成、細胞分裂 也參與腦部與脊髓神經的形成　如果媽媽在懷孕初期葉酸吃得不夠 寶寶的神經管可能發育不完全</p><p>就容易出現神經管缺陷、早產或出生體重偏低的狀況😥</p><p>而媽媽本身也可能出現疲倦、臉色蒼白、甚至情緒低落等貧血症狀</p><p>有研究發現 孕期葉酸不足會讓早產風險高出將近七成</p><p>但只要在懷孕前及早補充葉酸 就能降低50～70%的神經管缺陷發生率💪</p><p>🍽 孕期營養 補充葉酸這樣吃　我國衛生福利部建議 孕媽咪每日建議攝取600μg葉酸</p><p>以下是每100克食材中的葉酸含量：</p><p>&#8211; 菠菜：72.9μg</p><p>&#8211; 花椰菜：61.5μg</p><p>&#8211; 蘆筍：26.8μg</p><p>&#8211; 雞胸肉：10.6μg</p><p>&#8211; 豆漿：16.5μg</p><p>&#8211; 豬後腿肉：5.2μg</p><p>以深綠色蔬菜為主 搭配豆製品或瘦肉補充蛋白質</p><p>讓寶寶腦神經發育更完整💪</p><p>🍽 搭配其他營養素 效果更好　補葉酸時別忘了搭配「碘」✨</p><p>碘有助於胎兒腦部與神經的發育　可從加碘鹽、海苔、海帶等食材攝取🧂</p><p>但若有甲狀腺疾病 記得先諮詢醫師再補充喔！</p><p>👩🏻‍⚕️ 營養師小提醒</p><p>葉酸在烹煮時容易流失 建議以汆燙、快炒、蒸煮為主　也可搭配含維生素B12與鐵質的食物　讓紅血球形成更順利 媽媽不貧血、寶寶更健康❤️</p><p>．</p><p>．</p><p>#營養師高敏敏 #高敏敏營養師 #高敏敏 #營養師 #懶人包 #營養懶人包 #孕期營養 #營養素補充 #葉酸 #懷孕飲食 #孕婦營養 #孕媽咪健康</p>								</div>

									<p>鈣質是胎兒骨骼與牙胚形成的關鍵營　細到神經傳導、肌肉收縮、凝血都需要鈣參與　若攝取不足</p><p>身體會把鈣從媽媽骨骼中調度　可能造成骨密度下降、牙齒敏感或痠痛</p><p>在部分鈣攝取偏低的族群 補充足量鈣還能幫助降低子癲前症風險</p><p>所以孕期一定要「補鈣」補得聰明又均衡💪</p><p>🍽 孕期營養 補充鈣質這樣吃</p><p>依美國NIH建議 孕媽咪每日建議攝取約1000mg的鈣質</p><p>以下是每100克食材的鈣含量：</p><p>&#8211; 小魚乾：2213mg</p><p>&#8211; 黑芝麻：1354mg</p><p>&#8211; 切片起司：606mg</p><p>&#8211; 豆腐：140mg</p><p>&#8211; 鮮奶：100mg</p><p>&#8211; 優格：97mg</p><p>建議動植物來源一起補</p><p>才能營養更全面🌿</p><p>🍽 搭配其他營養素 更好吸收🦴</p><p>曬太陽能幫助體內合成維生素D</p><p>建議早上9–10點或下午3–4點曬10–30分鐘最適合</p><p>若天氣不好或日曬不足也可從蕈菇類、魚類等食物補充維生素✨</p><p>👩🏻‍⚕️ 營養師小提醒</p><p>補鈣時記得避免與高鐵食物或咖啡、茶同時攝取會降低彼此吸收效率☕️</p><p>另外孕期除了鈣質外 葉酸、鐵、蛋白質也都要兼顧　讓媽媽穩定補營養、寶寶長得更健康💖</p><p>．</p><p>．</p><p>#營養師高敏敏 #高敏敏營養師 #高敏敏 #營養師 #懶人包 #營養懶人包 #孕期營養 #營養素 #鈣質 #補鈣食物 #孕婦飲食 #懷孕營養 #骨骼 #孕媽咪健康</p>								</div>
